Overseas Filipino Workers in the UAE will have the opportunity to register and access services related to the Philippine National ID (PhilSys) during the upcoming Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan on August 3, 2025, at Exhibition Hall 8, Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) will be among the ten participating government agencies offering on-site services, making it easier for Filipinos abroad to process essential documents without returning to the Philippines.
What PSA will offer:
National ID registration and services
OFWs can register for the Philippine National ID, check their registration status, or request a printed copy (paper format) of their ID. For those already registered, PSA will also assist with digital National ID access through the eGovPH app, which requires personal details and facial verification for activation.
To secure this, applicants must present specific documents to complete their registration. These include a valid Philippine passport or PSA-issued birth certificate as proof of Filipino citizenship, and official documentation confirming overseas employment such as an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) or work visa.
Certified true copies of civil registry documents
PSA will process issuance of the following:
- Birth, marriage, and death certificates
- CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage)
- CENOD (Certificate of No Death Record)
Approximate service fees:
- PHP 155 for birth/marriage/death certificates
- PHP 210 for CENOMAR/CENOD
Consultation on civil registration concerns
Staff will be available for inquiries or clarifications on civil registry matters.
PSA will accept Philippine Peso and digital cashless payments via GCash or PayMaya only.

This initiative is part of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan, a one-day inter-agency outreach program organized by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), in collaboration with the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Filipino Social Club. The event aims to bring crucial government services directly to OFWs, eliminating the need for travel back home for basic documentation and processing.
Alongside PSA, other participating agencies include OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, DMW, DTI-PTIC, DSWD, PAO, and the Philippine Consulate General-Dubai.
For PhilHealth-related services, a separate schedule is set on July 28–30, 2025, at the MWO Dubai Office, with pre-registration required.
With only a few days left before the caravan, OFWs are encouraged to prepare their documents and take advantage of this one-stop government service hub.
