OFWs in Dubai invited to learn how to start an Airbnb business and earn passive income

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in the UAE are encouraged to take part in a real estate learning event that aims to help them generate passive income through Airbnb and property investments in Dubai.

The session, titled “Landlord in Dubai: How to Build Your Airbnb Business & Earn Passive Income While Working Abroad,” will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Danube, Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Times Square Mall, Dubai.

Organized to equip OFWs with the right tools and knowledge, the program will walk participants through the essentials of becoming an Airbnb landlord — from purchasing the right property to managing short-term rentals legally and effectively.

Key topics include:

  • How to buy the right property in Dubai
  • Legal requirements for licensing short-term rentals
  • Setting up, marketing, and managing an Airbnb business
  • Expert insights from real estate professionals in Dubai

According to the organizers, the initiative is designed to empower OFWs to take control of their financial future by transforming property ownership into a source of long-term income.

“Let your property earn for you — even while you’re working abroad,” the invitation stated, highlighting the opportunity for Filipinos to build a business that works for them while they continue their careers overseas.
