Overseas Filipino workers in Dubai will be able to access a range of PhilHealth-related services during the third leg of the “Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan” scheduled this January 10 and 11, 2026.
Based on the service lineup released for the activity, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation will provide on-site assistance covering member registration, issuance of PhilHealth IDs and Member Data Records, and the declaration of dependents. The agency will also process requests for updating or amending member and dependent information.
In addition, PhilHealth representatives will accept claims documents for confinements abroad and facilitate registration to the PhilHealth YAKAP program. Assistance related to the payment of PhilHealth contributions will likewise be available during the caravan.
The PhilHealth services form part of the broader inter-agency Serbisyo Caravan organized by the Department of Migrant Workers through the Migrant Workers Office–Dubai, in coordination with the Philippine Consulate General–Dubai. Participation in the activity requires prior online pre-registration, with separate registration forms provided by participating agencies.
