Ms. Mary Grace P. Dimaano has won an iPhone 15 through the recently concluded Philippine Airlines-Cleartrip.ae “Book and Win” campaign in Dubai. The campaign ran from March 20 to April 30, 2024.
Mary Grace shared her journey as an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) in Al Ain, UAE, where she has worked for seven years. Her first job was as a housemaid, followed by a housekeeping role in a hotel, and she is currently employed as a cleaner at the Karkafi Hair Al Ain branch.
For seven straight years, Mary Grace did not take a vacation to the Philippines due to her youngest child’s leukemia diagnosis shortly after she arrived in the UAE. Her child underwent three and a half years of chemotherapy. Simultaneously, Mary Grace supported her eldest daughter through college, where she completed a degree in Computer Engineering.
Mary Grace’s hard work and sacrifices paid off, as her youngest child is now healthy, and her eldest has graduated. She expressed immense gratitude for winning the iPhone 15, considering it a significant blessing as she prepares for her first vacation back to the Philippines.
“I am very thankful for this blessing,” Mary Grace said, reflecting on her win through the Philippine Airlines-Cleartrip.ae promotion.
