The OFW Lounge at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1 and 3 has officially welcomed over one million guests, solidifying its role as a vital comfort space for overseas Filipino workers.
On July 9, the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) marked this major milestone by honoring the one-millionth visitor at the Terminal 3 lounge. OWWA Administrator Arnel “PY” Caunan led the brief ceremony, personally handing out merchandise and tokens of appreciation to OFWs at the site.
The lounge, which offers free 24/7 access exclusively to OFWs and seafarers, has become a reliable rest stop for many travelers before their flights abroad. Located at the fourth floor of NAIA Terminal 1 and also available at Terminal 3, it provides amenities like Wi-Fi, charging stations, snacks, and travel assistance.
