The 142nd weekly Mahzooz draw, held on 19 August, has crowned two more winners with life-changing prizes. Rathish, a 41-year-old Indian business owner residing in Sharjah, clinched the Dh1,000,000 prize, while Jocelyn, a 47-year-old Filipina in Dubai, took home gold coins worth Dh50,000.
Having participated in Mahzooz, the UAE’s top weekly draw for over two and a half years, Rathish’s unwavering dedication finally paid off. “I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. Finally, my endeavours have paid off and my dreams have come true,” expressed the elated winner, who has been living in the UAE with his family for the past 14 years. Rathish intends to use his winnings to construct his dream house in India and to further expand his business in the UAE.
For Jocelyn, this isn’t her maiden win with Mahzooz. She previously split the Dh200,000 second prize in the 137th draw. Overwhelmed with joy upon securing the gold coins in Mahzooz’s Golden Summer Draw, Jocelyn stated that she plans to keep them as a cherished keepsake, emblematic of her belief in Mahzooz’s transformative power.
Additionally, 826 participants shared a combined prize pool of Dh404,250 during the same draw.
