A hospital dedicated to OFWs
Located in Barangay Sindalan along MacArthur Highway, the OFW Hospital is a 7-story, 102-bed government facility that offers free and subsidized services to OFWs and their dependents. The hospital provides outpatient consultations, laboratory diagnostics, imaging, emergency care, and specialty medical services.
Built under the Duterte administration and formally operational since 2022, the hospital was initially managed by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and was later transitioned to the DMW in 2023 to better align with migrant-focused healthcare services. It has since become a center of excellence for OFW healthcare in the country.
The facility also has plans for expansion, including a Bagong Pilipinas Cancer Care Center, aimed at further elevating its capacity for specialized care.
