No examinees pass June 2024 social workers licensure exam in Abu Dhabi and Singapore, PRC reports

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the results of the June 2024 Special Professional Licensure Examination for Social Workers. Unfortunately, none of the examinees managed to pass the exam held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore.

Out of the two candidates who took the exam, both failed to meet the required standards for licensure. The examination was conducted by the Board for Social Workers, chaired by Hon. Lorna C. Gabad, with Hon. Rosetta G. Palma, Hon. Fe J. Sinsona, and Hon. Ely B. Acosta as members.

The PRC reported the performance of schools in the licensure examination as follows:

Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University: Both the first-time and repeat examinees from this institution failed the exam.

Pangasinan State University-Lingayen: The only repeat examinee from this institution also did not pass the exam.
