Ras Al Khaimah has launched an advanced self-testing vehicle to evaluate driving licence candidates, announced by Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police.
According to a Gulf News report, the new vehicle aims to save time and effort for examiners, delivering precise and accurate assessments of motorists’ performance during practical driving tests. The system provides immediate feedback, detailing reasons for passing or failing directly on the examination certificate. This innovation is expected to reduce error rates, enhance customer satisfaction, and build trust through transparent and accurate results.
Colonel Al Qasimi emphasized that the initiative is part of Ras Al Khaimah Police’s commitment to improving services in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy. The goal is to streamline procedures, minimize errors, and boost operational efficiency in driver examinations, while addressing customer grievances through valuable feedback.
