Parkin, the city’s official public parking operator, has rolled out parking subscriptions across all managed zones, with rates now starting from AED 300 and going up to AED 4,500 depending on the area and duration selected.
Announced via Parkin’s social media on May 19, the expanded subscription service is aimed at providing residents and frequent drivers with a hassle-free option for accessing public parking without the daily worry of paying per hour or incurring fines.
“This is especially beneficial for residents in high-demand locations and individuals who park regularly in public zones,” Parkin stated.
Under the new structure, subscription fees vary significantly by location. In Dubai Hills, users can subscribe for AED 500 per month, while those in Wasl Real Estate communities—including Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf—can start at AED 300 monthly. Meanwhile, the highest annual rate is set at AED 4,500 for areas such as Silicon Oasis Zone H and Dubai Hills.
Subscribers can choose from durations of one, three, six, or twelve months. The application process is fully digital via the Parkin website or mobile app. Applicants need to provide personal and vehicle details and can pay online to activate their plan.
The company also offers specialized subscriptions for roadside and plot-only parking in designated zones (A, B, C, and D), starting from AED 500 per month. According to Parkin, opting for a subscription could save drivers up to 48% in some areas.
