Dubai’s parking experience just got smarter with the launch of Parkin’s new mobile app, offering a PayLater option and a real-time parking locator to help drivers find available spaces easily.
The app, designed to streamline public parking services, allows users to pay for parking later, manage digital wallets, and subscribe to seasonal permits. It features a real-time parking finder with live availability updates, helping drivers locate open spaces in multi-storey and developer parking areas across the city.
For added convenience, the app’s AutoPay feature uses automatic number-plate recognition (ANPR) to detect vehicles upon entry and exit, automatically deducting fees from the registered payment method. This is currently available at Parkin-operated multi-storey car parks and select Majid Al Futtaim properties, including Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre.
The app also supports fine payments, charge disputes, and refund requests. Future updates will integrate EV charging payments and car care services, such as car washes and engine checks, through a partnership with ENOC.
Parkin’s initiative aligns with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, focusing on smarter, more efficient urban mobility.
