The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) remains steadfast in their pursuit of Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, following an unsuccessful attempt to arrest him at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound in Davao City.
In an interview with One News’ ‘Storycon,’ NBI-Davao Director Archie Albao disclosed that despite the setback, they are determined to execute the arrest warrant within the remaining 10-day window provided by the Davao City Court.
“Dito sa warrant of arrest na in-issue ng Davao City Court, we still have ten days to serve the warrant of arrest before it will be returned. So, May ten days pa tayo na manhunt operation na gagawin,” Albao stated.
Albao underscored that Quiboloy is now considered a “fugitive from justice,” prompting the continuation of the manhunt operation across other properties owned by the religious leader, including those in Samal Island and Tamayong in Davao City.
Furthermore, Albao revealed that intelligence suggests Quiboloy remains within the country, prompting intensified efforts to locate and apprehend him.
