Nando’s UAE has officially fired up the grills at its brand-new flagship location in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), making a bold statement with what is now the largest Nando’s restaurant outside the United Kingdom.
Spanning two storeys and nestled along the bustling stretch of The Walk, the newest outlet invites diners to experience the brand’s signature Afro-Portuguese flavours in a space built for connection—whether that’s a family dinner, a beachside hangout, or a late-night bite.
“This space reflects everything we believe dining should be – vibrant, welcoming and grounded in the community it serves,” said George Kunnappally, Managing Director of Nando’s UAE. “JBR brings together so many people from different walks of life, and that’s what Nando’s has always been about. We’re proud to open a casa that feels right at home in the middle of it all.”
With indoor and outdoor seating options and capacity surpassing any other Nando’s in the region, the restaurant is designed to complement the neighborhood’s energetic pace. Its interiors are rich with textured finishes, warm earth tones, and dynamic seating arrangements. But beyond the food, the JBR outlet stands out for its cultural flair—featuring one of the most significant displays from Nando’s global Southern African art collection.
This opening rounds off a strong second quarter for the brand, following successful launches in Al Wahda Mall, Khalifa City, and Dubai Investment Park. Among all, JBR was a strategic choice—bringing the brand to the heart of one of Dubai’s most iconic and lively beachside communities.
