MWO-Dubai moves toward full digitalization of contract verification for OFWs

The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai and the Northern Emirates has released Advisory No. 13, Series of 2025, announcing the final dates for the collection of previously approved employment contracts submitted online. This comes ahead of the office’s transition to a fully digital contract verification system.

According to the advisory, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) whose online submission form numbers are 152, 153, 154, 155, or 156 are required to claim their documents on June 23 and 24, 2025, from 12:00 noon to 2:45 PM at MWO-Dubai.

Those collecting in person must bring the original and/or a copy of their passport and Emirates ID. OFWs who are unable to appear may authorize a representative. The representative must present an authorization letter using the provided template (https://bit.ly/AuthorizationAndWaiver), along with copies of both their and the worker’s passport/Emirates ID, and the evaluation notice confirming the contract’s approval.

The advisory clearly states that submissions from older online forms will no longer be honored and that no further collection requests will be entertained after the specified dates.
