The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Dubai and the Northern Emirates has officially opened a new form for contract verification for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) today, Monday, August 5, 2024. This initiative aims to streamline the verification process for OFWs within the jurisdiction.
05 to 07 August 2024 (Mon-Wed): The form will be accessible for three days, from Monday to Wednesday. The form will automatically close once the application limit is reached or at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, whichever comes first.
15 August 2024, 11:59 PM (Thurs): Applicants will receive an email detailing the results of their application. There is no need for follow-up as the notifications will be sent directly.
20 to 21 August 2024 (Tues-Wed): The approved and verified contracts will be released.
OFWs who are unable to submit their application using this form can try again with the new form that will be published next Monday. Alternatively, they can explore other ways to avail contract verification on the MWO Dubai website here.
Important guidelines:
Eligibility: All OFWs with a valid employment visa issued by any Emirate within MWO Dubai jurisdiction are eligible to apply. A confirmed flight schedule is not required for the application.
Fair Use Policy: Applicants are advised to submit only one application per person. Multiple applications will result in disapproval.
Application Review: Submission of the application online does not guarantee approval. All documents will be reviewed and evaluated by the MWO team. Applicants will receive an evaluation notice via email.
Unclaimed Contracts: MWO Dubai will discard all unclaimed approved contracts one month from the email notification date.
