Select Philippine driver’s license transactions will be handled in Dubai this month as the Migrant Workers Office confirmed the participation of the Land Transportation Office in the upcoming 3rd OFW Serbisyo Caravan.
Under MWO Dubai Advisory No. 02, Series of 2026, the LTO is scheduled to deliver on-site services on January 11, 2026, at the Conrad Hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road. Assistance will be limited to Filipino citizens who are currently residing or employed in the United Arab Emirates.
The LTO services available during the caravan will cover driver’s license renewal and updates to personal records, including changes in address and civil status. New license applications and other transactions outside these categories will not be accommodated.
For license renewal, applicants are required to submit a duly accomplished renewal form, their existing or expired driver’s license card, a medical certificate issued by an LTO-accredited clinic, and a Comprehensive Driver’s Education certificate secured through the LTO online portal. The advisory clarified that renewal fees may include additional penalties depending on the length of time the license has been expired.
Licenses that have been expired for more than two years are still eligible for renewal at the event, provided they were originally issued between 2016 and 2023.
Payments will be processed online through the LTO portal using GCash, Visa Debit, or Mastercard. The advisory further stated that all applicants must complete advance registration via the official Serbisyo Caravan link released by MWO Dubai.
