A single bettor clinched the grand prize of the 6/49 Super Lotto, taking home a staggering P640,654,817.60. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) made the announcement on Wednesday, confirming the windfall.
The winning numbers for Tuesday’s draw were 26-33-14-48-06-42, as disclosed by the PCSO. The draw captivated the nation, with PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles revealing in a Radyo 630 interview that nearly 170 million bets were placed for this particular game.
Lucky winners of amounts ranging from P10,000 to P300,000 are directed to collect their prizes at the nearest PCSO branch. The fortunate individual who landed the jackpot, however, is required to visit the PCSO Main Office, presenting their winning ticket and two valid IDs to claim their life-changing prize.
The day also saw draws for other lotto variants, with the 6/58 Ultra Lotto and the 6/42 Lotto not finding any winners for their respective jackpots of P49.5 million and P16.4 million. The numbers drawn were 39-45-18-26-58-05 for the 6/58 Ultra Lotto and 03-29-18-30-07-22 for the 6/42 Lotto.
Lotto enthusiasts take note: draws for the 6/58 Ultra Lotto are scheduled every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday; the 6/49 Super Lotto on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday; and the 6/42 Lotto every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
This latest jackpot victory follows a previous win last month where a lone bettor walked away with the 6/49 Super Lotto jackpot of P310,696,635.40, marking another remarkable event in the nation’s lotto history.
