There was a time when everything Glenda Dela Cruz was building rested on a single idea and an untested belief that it might matter to someone else.

“What still surprises me is realizing that something that started from my own personal struggle became a purpose that now reaches so many lives,” she tells TGFM. “Sometimes I pause and think, ‘This really started with just one product, one idea, and a lot of faith.’”

“I remember being young, unsure of what the future would look like, but holding on to a clear intention to create something that could help people feel more confident in their own skin,” she says.
That intention became her anchor. As the business grew from a single product into a full-fledged enterprise, it influenced decisions that went beyond profit—shaping how she approached people, partnerships, and growth while keeping the brand personal even as its reach expanded.

“It reminds me that even the smallest beginnings, when driven by determination and belief, can grow into something beyond what we ever imagined.”

“I always start my day with quiet time reflecting, praying, and setting my intentions,” she shares. “Before the meetings, the responsibilities, and the noise begin, I give myself space to breathe and reconnect with my purpose.”
That ritual is non-negotiable. It allows her to show up with clarity—as a leader responsible for thousands of livelihoods and as a mother present for her family.
“This routine keeps me grounded and reminds me why I do what I do—not just for the business, but for my family and the people who believe in me.”

“I live by one simple rule: lead with heart,” she says. “I believe that how you treat people matters just as much as what you build.”

“Success means nothing if it comes at the expense of others,” she explains. “When you lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, everything you create becomes more meaningful and lasting.”

“Recently, I went through a serious health challenge that completely humbled me,” she shares. “There were moments when I felt weak, scared, and uncertain.”
Recovery required faith and acceptance.
“It forced me to slow down and surrender, to trust God, and to lean on the people who love me.”
The experience reshaped her understanding of strength.
“I realized that strength isn’t just about pushing forward—it’s also about healing, faith, and using your story to give hope to others.”

Public success often hides what happens behind the scenes, and Glenda is candid about that reality.
“Behind every milestone are sacrifices people don’t always see—long nights, quiet doubts, small wins, and moments of perseverance.”

“Staying humble despite success, staying focused through challenges, and staying committed even when no one is watching—that’s what I’m most proud of.”

“Growth for me is no longer just about increasing revenue,” she says. “It’s about building something sustainable that truly touches lives.”
As she looks toward 2026, Glenda names what she’s claiming next.
“For 2026, I’m claiming fearless growth,” she says. “Growth that challenges me, stretches my faith, and aligns with my purpose.”
More than anything, she hopes her journey continues to remind others that even the smallest beginnings—when rooted in intention, faith, and heart—are always worth pursuing.
