Filipino voters in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are being reminded that today, May 10, 2025, is the final day to complete self-enrollment for online voting in the 2025 Philippine elections. The deadline is set at 7:59 PM UAE time.
According to the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, eligible voters must complete the three-step process to secure their right to vote:

- Check: Confirm if your name is on the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) through the provided QR code or online link (see the photo above).
- Enroll: Complete the self-enrollment process online at ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll before the cutoff time.
- Vote: Once enrolled, cast your vote online at ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote until May 12, 2025, 3:00 PM UAE time.
The Consulate is also open today and tomorrow, May 10 and 11, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, to assist voters who encounter issues with enrollment or need support. For further inquiries, Filipinos may reach out to the Dubai PCG OVS Team via email at ovs@pcgdubai.ae or COMELEC at overseasvoting@comelec.gov.ph.
For registered voters, you can cast your vote at your designated polling station or through internet voting: https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll and https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote.
Consul General Marford M. Angeles is urging Filipinos in the UAE to seize this opportunity and ensure their voices are counted in the upcoming elections.
