On July 26, 2024, the Knights of Rizal (KOR) Qatar Chapter held a significant Chartering, Dubbing, Elevation, and Exaltation ceremony at the Holiday Villa Hotel in Doha. The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Sir Orandantes M. Delizo, KCR, Deputy Area Commander for Qatar, UAE & Oman, and his wife, Lady Tess, alongside Sir Elpidio R. Quitevis, KCR, MEAR Regional Commander, and his wife, Lady May.
This ceremony was a tribute to the lasting legacy of Dr. Jose Rizal, whose ideals continue to inspire Filipinos worldwide. Honorable Cassandra Kareameah Sawadjaan, Consul General to Qatar, delivered a heartfelt message on behalf of Her Excellency Lillibeth V. Pono, Ambassador of the Philippines to Qatar, further elevating the event.
