Kitty Duterte curses at CIDG chief over ex-president’s arrest at Naia

Veronica “Kitty” Duterte, the youngest daughter of former President Rodrigo Duterte, lashed out at Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Director Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III amid tensions surrounding her father’s arrest.

In a video shared on social media, Torre was seen instructing the Duterte camp to choose three individuals to accompany the former leader on a chartered flight. This prompted an enraged response from Kitty, who was heard shouting, “Sabihin niyo kung saan siya dalahin, t** i** ka!”**

She later claimed in a post that authorities were forcibly taking her father onto a plane “without considering his health conditions.”

The former president was taken into custody at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) on Tuesday morning under a warrant from the International Criminal Court (ICC). The charges stem from alleged crimes against humanity linked to his controversial war on drugs.

Meanwhile, Senator Bong Go, a longtime ally of Duterte, stated earlier that the former leader was scheduled for a medical check-up and procedure at Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan City.
