Kendra Kramer, daughter of celebrity couple Chesca Garcia and Doug Kramer, recently triumphed at the Asia Christian Schools Conference (ACSC) Swimming competition in Hong Kong, securing several medals across podium finishes.
In an Instagram post, Kendra shared her success with her followers, showing images of her first, second, and third-place finishes, both solo and with her teammates. Reflecting on her journey, Kendra expressed her deep love for swimming and her commitment to pushing her limits, attributing much of her perseverance to her supportive parents.
“My swim journey continues, one stroke at a time,” she wrote, thanking her parents for their role as both her “No. 1 supporters and No. 1 critics.” She acknowledged their constant encouragement and motivational talks that help drive her ambition.
Doug Kramer proudly showcased his daughter’s dedication and determination, noting the discipline and early morning training she commits to while balancing her studies. “People may see the 3rd and 2nd places, but they don’t see the journey from the bottom up,” he said, emphasizing her hard work and the steady progress she’s achieved.
Kendra’s recent wins follow her return to competitive swimming in September, after beginning her journey in 2023. The young athlete, who turned 15 in June, continues to make her family proud with each stride in the pool.
