Pinoy singer Justin of SB19 has captivated fans with the release of his solo debut single “Surreal,” accompanied by a mesmerizing music video dropped on Thursday midnight.
The four-minute visual spectacle immerses viewers into a world of surrealism, opening with the poignant line, “I just wanna live in my imagination,” as Justin navigates through dreamlike landscapes.
Reflecting on the song, which was penned two years ago, Justin highlights its exploration of meaningful coincidences and dreams, illustrating how the seemingly impossible can manifest into reality with the right blend of timing, perseverance, and hard work.
“It’s all these scenarios that are unlikely to happen in the real world, but you find them as an escape from reality, so you continue to dream and dream… And surprisingly, you found someone who enjoys imagination as much as you do,” Justin shared.
Notably, as the creative director of SB19, Justin took on the task of conceptualizing and directing the music video himself, adding a personal touch to his solo debut.
