Renowned Filipino shoe designer Jojo Bragais is on the lookout for Bernadeth Flores Cutas—the mother who recently went viral for wearing a form-fitting white halter dress to her daughter’s graduation.
“Mukhang magandang gawan ng high fashion shoot to sya! #verymowdel Help me find her!” Bragais wrote in a Facebook post, sharing a screenshot of Cutas from the viral clip.
Cutas has since responded to Bragais in the comments, seemingly open to the idea. The viral mom has been the subject of online debate, with some netizens calling her attire “inappropriate” and “revealing” for the occasion.
In an unexpected turn, registered nurse and broadcaster Carl Balita also chimed in, offering to sponsor Cutas’ next gown. She gratefully reposted his offer on her personal page.
Writing in Bisaya, Cutas said she was surprised by the attention. “Wala jud ko nagdahom nga ma-viral ko tungod sa akong dress,” she shared, thanking her supporters and saying she holds no grudge against critics. She described herself as a “simple and kind person.”
Cutas also warned against fake accounts pretending to be her, stressing that she only has one official Facebook page and is not soliciting any money.
