Internationally celebrated Fil-Am stand-up comedian Jo Koy is gearing up to revisit the UAE, gracing the stage at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on the 28th of October, as a segment of his thrilling 2023 World Tour.
Following a triumphant run last year in Dubai and riding high on the accolades from the Universal Picture film “Easter Sunday” and his latest Netflix special, Koy promises an all-new set filled with humor rooted in his Filipino heritage and personal experiences that captivated audiences in his previous appearances.
Having started from humble beginnings, showcasing his talent in a small Las Vegas coffee house, Jo Koy has built a reputable career, characterized by a relatable style of comedy that draws heavily from his family’s rich background. His comedic journey has seen him sell out renowned venues globally, including the iconic Radio City Music Hall in New York and the Asia Arena in Manila, leveraging his hard-hitting wit and creatively narrated stories to appeal to a broad spectrum of audiences.
