A 28-year-old Wi-Fi technician found himself behind bars after allegedly making unwanted advances toward a 19-year-old student in Paco, Manila, Manila Bulletin reported.
The suspect, identified as Reymark Cabaddu, was called in to fix the victim’s internet on March 26. But instead of leaving after the job was done, Cabaddu reportedly followed the student, asked for her Facebook, and inquired about her relationship status.
Things took a turn when he allegedly tried to put his arm around her and later attempted to hug her as she was about to leave. Alarmed, the student immediately contacted her brother and approached the building’s security for help.
The guard held Cabaddu until authorities arrived. He was turned over to barangay officials before being brought to the local police.
Cabaddu now faces a complaint for acts of lasciviousness, which has been filed with the City Prosecutor’s Office.
