Huawei launches world’s first trifold smartphone, now available for pre-order in UAE for AED 12,999

Huawei has unveiled an impressive array of new products at the HUAWEI Innovative Product Launch in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, showcasing groundbreaking advancements in smartphones, tablets, wearables, and audio technology.

The highlight of the event was the debut of the HUAWEI Mate XT | ULTIMATE DESIGN, the world’s first commercial trifold smartphone. The device features an Advanced Precision Hinge System, allowing both inward and outward folding. At just 3.6mm thin when folded and 10.2 inches wide when unfolded, it is the thinnest and largest foldable display currently available. Equipped with an Ultra Aperture XMAGE Camera, the smartphone offers a 10-step Adjustable Physical Aperture for professional-quality photography. The Mate XT is available for pre-order in the UAE for AED 12,999, with a complimentary one-time screen protection worth AED 2,599.

Huawei also introduced the HUAWEI MatePad Pro 13.2”, a PC-level tablet designed for professional use. The tablet boasts a 13.2-inch Flexible OLED PaperMatte Display, 2.8K resolution, and 1000-nit brightness, minimizing glare for extended use. It supports seamless desktop-mode editing with HUAWEI Smart Magnetic Keyboard and M-Pencil (3rd Generation), making it an ideal choice for productivity and creativity. The MatePad Pro 13.2” is available for pre-order in the UAE for AED 3,999, with add-on gifts worth AED 1,899.

Expanding into wearables, Huawei launched its first open-ear hooked earbuds, HUAWEI FreeArc, featuring a C-Bridge Design and nickel-titanium shape memory alloy for a comfortable fit. Designed for sports and professional use, the earbuds will be available in the UAE next month for AED 399.

Additionally, the HUAWEI Band 10 was introduced, offering sleep tracking, emotional wellness monitoring, and customizable Panda-themed watch faces. It aims to provide holistic health insights and enhance user well-being.
