In her post, Barretto detailed the tasks expected of the prospective hire, including managing her schedule, looking after her children, handling household operations, and even performing accounting duties. The assistant must also be prepared for sleepless nights, a requirement Barretto emphasized by describing the role as suitable for someone as “alert and multitasking” as she is.
“Better if yung personal assistant may experience din sa accounting, take care of the schedule ko at mga bata. Also, siya magpapatakbo ng lahat sa bahay namin & sanay sa puyat,” she wrote.
The demanding job description drew varied reactions, with many expressing concern about the heavy workload. One commenter suggested splitting the role: “I suggest po idol that you hire 2 people for this job… Ang personal assistant at accountant isang tao na!
