A househelper from Las Piñas City has experienced a life-changing event after winning the substantial jackpot prize of over P61 million in the Lotto 6/42 draw held on July 1, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
For nearly two decades, the househelper had been consistently betting on her family’s birthdays in the lotto. Her persistence has finally paid off. “Almost 20 years ko na pong tinatayaan ‘yong mga birthdays namin mag-anak at buti naman sa awa ng Diyos ay nanalo din po kami,” the joyful winner expressed.
With her winnings, she intends to build her own house and an apartment building. Moreover, she aims to secure a promising future for her children, planning to set aside a part of her prize for them.
“Makakaraos na kami sa hirap,” she further articulated, full of hope and enthusiasm for her family’s enhanced prospects.
