Heart Evangelista has secured the fourth spot in the latest ranking of top global celebrities in fashion and sportswear, according to Launchmetrics Insights’ newly released report, “Reinventing Influence: The Gen Z Impact on Fashion Marketing.”
Launchmetrics Insights, known for its cloud-based performance benchmarking software, published the report on Thursday. It delves into the evolution of fashion and sportswear and highlights the changing dynamics of influence in the industry.

The report features a list titled “Top 20 Celebrities Globally for all Fashion & Sportswear Segments,” where Evangelista, a renowned Kapuso Global Fashion Icon, stands at fourth place. She amassed a Media Impact Value (MIV) of $85 million in 2023.
Launchmetrics defines MIV as a metric that assigns a monetary value to a celebrity or influencer’s post, interaction, or article, measuring its impact on brand performance across various channels and regions.
“It’s Showtime” host Anne Curtis also earned a spot on the list, ranking ninth with an MIV of $55 million. Evangelista acknowledged Curtis’s achievement by retweeting the report and congratulating her fellow celebrity on X (formerly Twitter).
Leading the list is Indian actress Avneet Kaur with an MIV of $97 million, followed by Dominican rapper Anuel ($96 million MIV), South Korean boy band Enhypen ($89.7 million MIV), Evangelista, and South Korean boy band NCT ($81 million MIV).
The top 20 list also includes notable names such as Jennie Kim ($76 million MIV), New Jeans ($67 million MIV), Kim Ji Soo ($59 million MIV), Anne Curtis, Nattawin Wattanagitiphat ($48 million MIV), Dua Lipa ($42 million MIV), Win Metawin ($41.6 million MIV), Park Chae Young ($41 million MIV), Jude Bellingham ($39 million MIV), Stray Kids ($37 million), Phakphum Romsaithong ($36.6 million MIV), Becky G ($36.7 million MIV), Disha Patani ($23 million MIV), Angel Fabian Di Maria ($18.9 million MIV), and Dwayne Johnson ($17 million MIV).
