Harry Potter twins to enchant Middle East Film & Comic Con 2024 in UAE

The Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC), the region’s most anticipated pop culture festival, has just announced a magical addition to its 2024 celebrity lineup. James and Oliver Phelps, famed for their roles as the mischievous Weasley twins in the Harry Potter film series, will be gracing the event.

The Phelps brothers, who portrayed Fred and George Weasley, are set to join the convention on February 10th and 11th. Their journey to fame began with their iconic roles in the Harry Potter series, which they landed after reportedly skipping school to audition. Known for their humorous and lively portrayal of the Weasley twins, they quickly became fan favorites.

The MEFCC 2024 boasts an all-star lineup. Joining the Phelps twins are Mexican actor Iñaki Godoy, known for his role as Monkey D. Luffy in Netflix’s One Piece; Frank Welker, the voice of Megatron, Garfield, and Scooby Doo; Peter Cullen, famous for voicing Optimus Prime; Temuera Morrison, renowned for his roles as both Boba Fett and Jango Fett in Star Wars; and Troy Baker, celebrated for his role as Joel in The Last of Us.

Additionally, the event will feature comic creators like Mark Brooks, Carlo Pagulayan, Stephen Segovia, and Steve McNiven.
