The much-anticipated Dubai stop of Halsey’s 2025 tour has been officially cancelled, according to an email sent to ticket holders by the Coca-Cola Arena Box Office. The show was originally scheduled for December 6, 2025, and had been listed on multiple platforms, including Platinumlist and Songkick, before concerns surfaced online about a possible cancellation.
In the notice emailed to customers, organizers cited reasons outside the control of all parties involved.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Artist, organizer and venue, the Halsey show scheduled for 6th December will no longer take place,” the message stated.
The arena confirmed that refunds will be processed automatically to the same card used for the purchase. The process may take up to 21 working days, prompting organizers to ask ticket buyers to wait before contacting their respective ticketing providers.
The email also directed affected customers to relevant support channels, including boxoffice@coca-cola-arena.com, helpcenter@platinumlist.net, and other regional ticketing partners.
Reports of a possible cancellation began circulating after social media users on Reddit and X posted screenshots of similar notices, though no public announcement had been made at that time.
