In addition to cultural and entertainment highlights, the festival will also host OWWA e-Card registration and distribution, as well as an OWWA Serbisyo Caravan, providing on-site services and support programs for Overseas Filipino Workers. These initiatives underscore the festival’s commitment to community welfare and accessible government services.

The event will further feature over 30 food and retail bazaar stalls, showcasing Filipino cuisine, products, and businesses, alongside live performances by talented Filipino artists based in Bahrain.

The Hala Bira Festival 2026 is organized by BrandME Events, a women-led events and marketing collective in Bahrain known for creating meaningful, culture-driven experiences. Rooted in advocacy for community building, creativity, and inclusive storytelling,

According to Cristina Fulgencio, CEO of BrandME Events, “Now on its third year, Hala Bira Fiesta proudly celebrates Iloilo’s Dinagyang Festival, bringing its vibrant traditions, music, and spirit to the heart of Bahrain. Created by BrandMe as part of our mission to build culturally immersive, community-driven platforms, Hala Bira Fiesta is the biggest Filipino celebration in Bahrain—giving space for Filipino talents, entrepreneurs, and culture to shine. Inspired by the chant ‘Hala Bira,’ meaning ‘give it all,’ we give our all in uplifting the Filipino spirit of grit, passion, and creativity, while proudly sharing it with our host country, Bahrain.”

BrandME goes beyond events by creating platforms that celebrate diversity, empower local voices, and promote cultural exchange. Through thoughtfully curated festivals, campaigns, and collaborations, BrandME continues to champion connection, representation, and shared experiences that strengthen communities.
