A Grade 7 student who disappeared in Dubai yesterday afternoon was found safe past midnight, concluding a rapid 8-hour search by Dubai Police and the Arabian Ranches community. The boy had been missing since 4.30pm Tuesday from Saheel Gate 1 in Arabian Ranches.
Dubai Police and Arabian Ranches Estate Security quickly launched a search operation using drones and sniffer dogs. Community members also joined in, searching the area and distributing the boy’s photo.
The boy’s aunt expressed deep gratitude to both the police and the community for their prompt and effective response. She highlighted the unity and support of residents who actively participated in the search, even late into the night.
The family revealed that the boy was under emotional distress due to exam-related pressures but was found unharmed.
