VFS Global has launched a new service center at WTC Mall in Abu Dhabi, providing streamlined assistance for applicants of the UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa program.
The facility offers a one-stop service for property investors, professionals, entrepreneurs, and talented individuals aiming for long-term residency in the emirate. “We provide complete support at every stage,” the company stated, noting that services include eligibility checks, document preparation, medical fitness bookings, and Emirates ID applications.
Abu Dhabi’s Golden Visa is open to real estate investors with properties valued at Dh2 million or more, professionals earning a minimum monthly salary of Dh30,000, and investors with Dh2 million in public investments. Business owners also qualify with at least Dh2 million in capital or Dh250,000 in annual tax payments, while entrepreneurs may apply with start-up approval or revenues of Dh1 million.
Applications may be submitted remotely or directly at the VFS Global Golden Visa Centre, with the company facilitating the entire process from assessment to issuance. The program is part of the UAE’s wider push to attract long-term residents and boost economic diversification across the region.
