Global Village, the region’s premier destination for culture, shopping, dining, and entertainment, has announced the addition of 30 new Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) kiosks for its 28th season. This initiative, in collaboration with Dubai SME, underscores Global Village’s commitment to supporting local businesses and enriching the visitor experience with diverse Food and Beverage (F&B) offerings.
The new season introduces a range of unique SME concepts housed in the newly-established Mini World, located adjacent to Carnaval. Each kiosk at Global Village brings its own distinctive blend of flavours and cultural influences, adding to the park’s vibrant and diverse atmosphere.
Highlights among the new additions include SMASH Taco, which offers the TikTok-famous smashed burger taco, Greek Street with its authentic Chicken Slovaki, Gyros, and Keftedes, and Swicy, where visitors can savour authentic Korean fried chicken in a variety of flavours. These kiosks not only offer a taste of international cuisines but also provide a platform for local entrepreneurs and SMEs to showcase their products and engage with an international audience.
