Global Village, a top destination for entertainment, shopping, and dining, officially began its festive celebrations last weekend with its annual Festive Tree Lighting Ceremony. The 21-meter tree, now adorned with sparkling decorations, candy canes, gift boxes, and cultural elves, stands as a centerpiece of holiday cheer, delighting visitors of all ages.
The ceremony included a grand performance featuring Santa Claus and his elves, who made a dazzling entrance accompanied by music, snow, and bubbles. Families and children enjoyed meet-and-greet sessions with Santa, along with photo opportunities under the festively adorned tree at Celebration Walk.
This year, Global Village introduces new snow activities for families at the Restaurant Plaza, adding to its extensive lineup of holiday-themed attractions. Guests can shop for unique gifts across 30 cultural pavilions and indulge in seasonal treats at popular dining spots like the Floating Market, Fiesta Street, and Happiness Street.
The festivities will continue through the New Year, wrapping up on January 5, 2025, offering visitors a chance to experience a magical holiday season at Global Village.
