Her leadership and achievements have culminated in her current role as the President and CEO of Gr8life International Corporation, a company she founded with branches in the Philippines and Dubai.
Racquel’s journey abroad began four years ago when she opened a branch of Gr8life in Dubai in 2020. This move was driven by her extensive experience in marketing abroad, which highlighted the immense potential of the international market for Gr8life’s wellness products.
“My experience marketing abroad has opened my eyes to the ambition, passion, work ethic, needs, and wants of Filipinos overseas and locals,” she explains to The Global Filipino Magazine.
This global vision aligns with Gr8life’s mission to showcase the quality of Filipino products to the world, serving as a way to give back to her homeland.
Before establishing Gr8life, Racquel excelled in various roles. She consistently ranked as a top real estate broker and earned multiple awards in network marketing. Her commitment to helping others extends beyond her company. She launched the “Yes, We Care” campaign to raise awareness about women’s health and organized several medical missions in the Philippines. These missions provided on-site tests, consultations with doctors, medicines, and Gr8life products to those in need.
“I believe that it is important that the carers of our families are also taken care of,” she emphasizes, highlighting her dedication to community welfare.
Racquel’s passion for her work is evident in her leadership at Gr8life. She finds immense satisfaction in empowering her team and customers.
“Witnessing our employees and distributors find fulfillment and achieve their goals brings me immense satisfaction,” she says.

“From savoring the local cuisine to immersing myself in their way of life, I find endless inspiration,” she shares.

“I realized that calculated risks are essential, but blind ambition can be detrimental,” she reflects.
A major turning point in her life came in 2012 when she underwent spinal surgery. This experience reinforced her belief that health is the foundation of wealth and ignited her passion for promoting wellness, a core focus of Gr8life.
