Free training teaches Filipinos how to become property owners in Dubai

A new property investment training is aiming to help Filipinos shift from renting to owning by equipping them with practical knowledge on Dubai’s fast-expanding real estate market. “Be a Dubai Landlord,” organized by FHI Global Property and Filipino Homes in partnership with Azizi Developments, is set to take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM on the 13th floor of the Azizi Sales Office at Conrad Hotel along Sheikh Zayed Road.

The exclusive learning session is designed for OFWs, entrepreneurs, and first-time investors seeking to build long-term financial security through real estate. Participants will be guided through Dubai’s current and future property landscape, including the strategic urban development framework under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The session aims to highlight emerging investment zones and growth corridors that could offer promising returns.

Attendees will also learn how to tap into Dubai’s thriving short-term rental market through a dedicated discussion on building an Airbnb business. The training promises practical insights into regulations, profitability models, and management strategies tailored for both new and seasoned investors.

Another key component of the event is co-ownership, an investment pathway that enables small-scale investors to pool resources and collectively acquire premium properties. Organizers hope this model will open opportunities for Filipinos who want to enter the real estate market without shouldering a full property cost upfront.

The Golden Visa pathway will also be explained in detail, particularly the option available to investors who acquire property worth AED 2 million or more. Organizers note that property-based residency remains one of the most attractive long-term incentives for foreign investors and families who wish to establish stronger roots in the UAE.

The session promises hands-on guidance, including a step-by-step process toward becoming a landlord, legal basics, compliance essentials, and practical strategies to achieve stable rental yields and sustainable returns. Aside from the discussions, participants will have the opportunity to network with fellow OFWs, investors, and industry experts.

Valet parking will be available at the back of the venue, and RTA parking options are also nearby.

FHI Global Property, the event organizer, is known for providing advisory services and training programs for Filipinos and international investors looking to navigate Dubai’s dynamic property sector.
