Filipinos in Dubai eager to turn their remittances into long-term income are being invited to a special Property Co-Ownership Training organized by FHI Global Property Dubai and Rentsouq.ae, offering a step-by-step guide on how to earn from real estate without owning an entire property.
The free training will take place on two schedules:
- Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM on the 31st Floor of Dugasta, Central Park Tower, Downtown Dubai (location map)
- Friday, October 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Danube, Sheikh Zayed Road, opposite Times Square Mall (location map)
Organizers said the initiative aims to empower Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to move beyond traditional remittances by exploring property co-ownership—an increasingly popular way to invest in Dubai’s fast-growing real estate market.
According to the organizers, the session will cover how participants can become landlords through shared ownership of rental properties, tapping into Dubai’s strong rental demand and stable investment climate. Attendees will also learn about earning monthly rental income and building passive wealth with minimal capital, making it an accessible opportunity even for first-time investors.
Interested participants may register through this online form. Seats are limited.
