Abu Dhabi is set to host the next edition of “Be a Dubai Landlord,” a real estate empowerment training created by FHI Global Property and Filipino Homes, in collaboration with Azizi Developments. The program, which has drawn strong interest from Overseas Filipinos during its Dubai sessions, will take place on Sunday, 16 November 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the 17th Floor, Synergy International Hub.
The Abu Dhabi leg aims to help Filipinos, professionals, and first-time investors understand how to build wealth through property ownership in Dubai—one of the region’s most dynamic real estate markets. Organizers highlight that the training provides structured guidance for those ready to shift from renting to owning, with a focus on long-term financial growth.
Participants will learn to navigate Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan, a blueprint identifying high-growth communities and future development zones where investors can position themselves early. The session will also explain the fundamentals of building a profitable Airbnb business in Dubai, including regulatory requirements, income potential, and operational considerations.
The program introduces co-ownership models, which allow small or beginner investors to purchase premium units together and gradually expand their portfolios. In addition, attendees will receive a comprehensive briefing on the Dubai Golden Visa eligibility pathway, including how property investments valued at AED 2 million or more can open doors to a 10-year residency for qualified investors and their families.
