Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Dubai are being invited to a free training that aims to turn property ownership into a source of steady income.
Titled “Landlord in Dubai: How to Build Your Airbnb Business & Earn Passive Income While Working Abroad,” the program will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Ground Floor, Conference Hall, Hyatt Place, Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai.
The training will guide participants through the essentials of becoming an Airbnb host in Dubai, including choosing the right property, securing the proper licenses for short-term rentals, and learning effective ways to market and manage an Airbnb business. Attendees will also receive insider tips from real estate experts who have firsthand knowledge of Dubai’s rental landscape.
