Dubai motorists will benefit from four days of free public parking, excluding multi-level parking terminals, from Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18, in celebration of the Eid Al Adha holidays. Normal parking fees will resume on June 19, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced on Thursday.
A Khaleej Times report detailed the updated operating hours for Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram during the holiday period. The Red and Green Lines of the Dubai Metro will run from 5 am to 1 am on Friday and Saturday, June 14-15. On Sunday, June 16, the metro will operate from 8 am to 1 am, and from Monday to Friday, June 17-21, it will run from 5 am to 1 am.
The Dubai Tram will have adjusted hours as well: operating from 6 am to 1 am on Saturday, June 15; from 9 am to 1 am on Sunday, June 16; and from 6 am to 1 am from Monday to Saturday, June 17-21.
During the holidays, all RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed, except for the kiosks or smart customer centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Barsha, and Al Kifaf, which will remain operational 24/7. Service provider centres will also be closed, with technical testing services resuming on June 18 and public halls reopening on June 19.
Bus routes will see temporary changes as well. Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and route E102 from Al Jafiliya Bus Station will not operate from June 14 to 18. Passengers are advised to use route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station to Abu Dhabi and the same line to Mussafah Community during this period.

The Dubai government has declared that the public and private sector holidays for Eid Al Adha will span from Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18, with regular work resuming on Wednesday, June 19.
