Diwata, known for her food sensation and famous for selling unlimited “pares” in Pasay City, was arrested due to alleged slight physical injuries filed against her back in 2018.
According to Pasay PNP Spokesperson PCapt. Mark Jun Anaviso, Diwata was apprehended on the morning of April 16 based on an arrest warrant. She promptly posted bail amounting to P3,000.
Pasay PNP also shared a video showing Diwata being informed of her rights during the arrest.
Diwata recently gained attention for her appearance in the popular series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.”
The arrest brings an unexpected turn for the culinary figure who rose to fame for her unlimited “pares” offerings in Pasay City.
