Authorities in Abu Dhabi confirmed that a fire that broke out in a residential building in Al Shahamah on February 18, 2025, has been successfully contained.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority announced that the blaze was extinguished within an hour of its initial report, with cooling and smoke extraction operations currently underway.
Officials have yet to determine the cause of the fire and have urged the public to rely only on official sources for updates.
