Filipinos living and working in Abu Dhabi will have access to a wide range of Philippine government services when a multi-agency Serbisyo Caravan is held on January 13, 2026, at the InterContinental Hotel Abu Dhabi. The one-day activity will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Al Bateen and Al Baynouna Ballrooms along King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street.
The outreach program brings together frontline offices to provide on-site processing, consultations, and assistance for overseas Filipinos, with services covering documentation, labor concerns, social protection, and government records. Organizers advised the public to prepare complete and accurate requirements to ensure smooth transactions throughout the day.
Among the participating offices is the Office of the President, which will offer consultations related to medical assistance for family members in the Philippines. The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi will handle civil registration, notarial services, passport-related transactions, and overseas voter registration, while the Migrant Workers Office will conduct on-site contract verification.
Several welfare and social service agencies will also be present. The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration will process e-card releases, membership renewals, and provide information on welfare programs. The Social Security System will assist with annual confirmation of pensioners, member data updates, access to online services, and benefits inquiries. Pag-IBIG Fund services include membership verification, MP2 savings enrollment, loan consultations, and record updates, while PhilHealth will handle membership registration, claims-related concerns, and health insurance inquiries.
Transportation and digital concerns are also included in the caravan. The Land Transportation Office will process driver’s license renewals and changes in address or civil status, and the Department of Information and Communications Technology will hold consultations for the Filipino community.
The Philippine Embassy announced that its regular office operations will be suspended on the same day, as frontline services will instead be delivered exclusively through the Serbisyo Caravan venue.
