Team Philippines made the nation proud at the 2024 Fibonacci International Robotics Olympiad in Rome, Italy, securing impressive wins in multiple categories. Representing Erovoutika Robotics and Automation Solutions, the team showcased their skills against participants from 13 countries, 93 schools and universities, and over 1,000 competitors.
The team earned 3rd place in the Green Entrepreneurship Challenge and the Drone Rally Challenge, while also receiving Jury Awards for their exceptional projects in the Health Tech Entrepreneurship Challenge, Middle School Line Robot Challenge, Autonomous Drone Challenge, and Mini Sumo Robot competition.
Despite tight preparations, the team’s dedication and ingenuity stood out, highlighting Filipino excellence in robotics and innovation. Team members Lance Gregoire Marquez Bolipata and Ivia Yofi Marquez Bolipata of Homeschool Global Philippines, Smith Lloyd Bunao of St. Paul College of Bocaue, and Lana Venice Manila of Faith Catholic School proved to be a formidable group.
Erovoutika Robotics celebrated their achievements, expressing pride in their resilience and creativity. “The future of robotics is brighter with you leading the way,” the organization said in a statement.
