House of Flavors proudly celebrated its grand opening on January 23, 2026, introducing a Filipino dining experience that blends tradition, comfort, and cultural pride. The restaurant was established to bring the warmth of Filipino home cooking to Bahrain, offering authentic flavors in a cozy and welcoming setting.
The concept of Casa Lasa – House of Flavors was inspired by the founder’s passion for home cooking, where meals prepared for family and friends were met with love, praise, and constant encouragement. Motivated by this support, the founders decided to take their flavors beyond the home and share them with a wider community—transforming cherished home recipes into a restaurant that feels both personal and inviting.
Guided by its motto, “Where every dish tells a story and every flavor feels like home,” Casa Lasa presents a menu rooted in Filipino culinary heritage. Guests are invited to experience a carefully curated selection of signature dishes, including Authentic Bacolod Batchoy, Bacolod Chicken Inasal, signature BBQ skewers, classic tapsilog, Ilocano favorites such as pinapaitan and pinakbet, and all-season favorite pansit palabok. The menu also features well-loved Filipino starters like lumpiang sariwa and okoy, alongside premium offerings such as Angus rib eye, aged Wagyu, and a variety of pasta dishes.
Complementing the food selection is Casa Lasa’s beverage program, which includes freshly ground coffee, signature frappes, and smoothies prepared using advanced vacuum blender technology, ensuring freshness, vibrant flavor, and quality in every drink.
The grand opening ceremony was honored by the presence of His Excellency Gines Jaime Ricardo Gallaga Ambassador of the Philippines to Bahrain, together with his wife, Mrs. Moira Gallaga, who participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Their attendance highlighted the cultural significance of the occasion and the restaurant’s role in promoting Filipino cuisine abroad.
