Filipino-owned restaurant Spice Grill marked its fifth anniversary on October 18, 2025, with a lively celebration that brought together food lovers, media representatives, influencers, and members of the Filipino community at its flagship branch in Al Majaz, Sharjah.
The milestone event featured a special VIP Anniversary Lunch, where guests enjoyed a boodle-style feast showcasing the restaurant’s best-loved dishes. The atmosphere was filled with stories of gratitude and camaraderie as patrons and partners reminisced about the restaurant’s journey since its founding.
Among the attendees was Vice Consul Jim Jimeno, who joined loyal customers, lifestyle influencers, and contest winners in celebrating the restaurant’s continued success and growing legacy in the UAE dining scene.
Established by Chef Cristine Caringal-Melad and Lourds Adalia Evertse, Spice Grill has grown from a humble Filipino eatery into a multicultural hub that serves as a “home away from home” for Filipinos while welcoming diners of all nationalities.
Guided by its tagline, “Filipino heart to the world,” the restaurant has built a reputation for serving authentic comfort food with heartfelt service, blending culinary craftsmanship with a sense of community.
As part of its fifth-year celebration, Spice Grill launched a limited-time Seafeast Solo promo priced at AED 55, available exclusively at the Sharjah branch from October 6 to 31.
From its warm hospitality to its flavorful menu, Spice Grill continues to stand as one of the pioneering Filipino-owned dining destinations in the Northern Emirates—celebrating not just food, but the spirit of togetherness that defines the Filipino dining experience.
