A seasoned Filipino HR leader in Dubai has added another milestone to his long list of achievements after being named among the MENA region’s Top 100 HR Leaders for 2025. Kieth Walter, widely respected in the industry for his people-first leadership and cross-sector experience, was honored during the awards gala held on November 20, 2025, at Grosvenor House Dubai.
Long before he entered boardrooms and strategy meetings, Kieth spent 11 years in seminary formation — a chapter that continues to influence the values he brings into every role. His belief that “People will never forget what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” remains central to his leadership philosophy. Another verse he holds closely, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3, keeps him grounded in both career and service.

Kieth’s professional journey began in Makati in the HR team of a medical BPO company before he moved to Dubai 12 years ago, starting as an HR Coordinator for a pre-opening hotel. Over the years, he advanced through key roles in hospitality, defense, government, and aviation, eventually shaping HR strategies across multiple sectors.
He now leads as Head of HR – Middle East for an Aviation MRO company, overseeing workforce development and HR direction across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, and an expanding operation in Saudi Arabia. His earlier leadership posts include Corporate Director of HR at Jannah Hotels & Resorts, Corporate HR Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts – Franchised Hotels, and several corporate HR appointments at Emaar Group, where he spent seven years strengthening culture and organizational leadership.

Recognized previously as one of the Top HR Leaders in the Middle East (2024), Commended HR Leader of the Year (2022), and among the 300 Most Influential in the Gulf (2020), Kieth is also a certified CHRC, CHRP, and CHRM professional accredited by the American Institute. His expertise spans digital HR transformation, talent development, and change management.
Outside corporate environments, Kieth continues to serve within The Lord’s Flock Catholic Charismatic Community, contributing to ministries in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah — a reflection of the lifelong service mindset he carries.
The 2025 recognition, part of Verve Management’s inaugural MENA Top 100 HR Leaders initiative, places him among the region’s most forward-thinking HR innovators.
